We had a lovely time in Italy. The hotels you had chosen we liked were much. We also enjoyed the cycling “up and down” on quite roads J. We thought the bikes were a bit heavy, but that was the only thing we have that was not “100%” to our liking.

We found information on EcoRent while searching the web for mountain bikes for rental in Toscana. Service was excellent, and we had no problems with the Giant 29ers. We did approx 50/50 road/off-road and covered more than 12000 vertical meters in 8 days.

Daniele and EcoRent are our "go-to" for road bike rentals for clients on our Taste of Tuscany self-guided tour. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, das Rennrad war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und der Service einfach Klasse. Die vorherige Abfrage über das Geometrie-Formaular hat bestens funktioniert und ist eine prima Idee. Abholen, daraufsetzen, losfahren und dann die herrliche Toskana genießen! Jungs, ich werde euch gern weiter empfehlen.

Daniele picked us up at the Pisa airport exactly on time and had our bikes and panniers completely ready and in great condition. He took the time to review the map we had downloaded from mapmyride.com and made a few recommendations. With the rainy weather and our lack of rain gear, he even drove us that Sunday afternoon to a sports store to pick up a cycling poncho and energy bars! (We had just flown in that am from Canada...). Daniele did our last minute measurements, gave us directions to start our journey (Fauglia, Lari, Cascianna Alta, Calci) and we were off to an amazing journey. Upon our return, he even helped us get to the bus station (his Dad!!) and purchase tickets to Pisa train station to start our hiking/kayaking journey of Cinque Terre! 5 star service for EcoRent!

From Daniele: GUEST'S MAIL ABOUT THEIR TRIP Hi. We are now back home in Trondheim, almost back to the winter... You really set up some great trips for us, but unfortunately not all of us were really fit for some of the trips ;) The main thing though is that the accommodations, both in Camaiore and in Pisa was superb; you need to tell both the hostess and the host that. We all travel a lot around the world (except from my wife Bente) and it is rare to find such kindly people. This of course includes you Daniele. On our way home we where already discussing next years trip. I am quite sure there will be some changes to the tour, but we will still prefer to use your expertise. Due to the fact that we have different skills and fitness, we probably are going to find our own routes for the next trip, but we need your bikes (which always seems to be great). Another issue is that your services are great; you know the right places to stay, transfers was always on time to pick us up and bring us back to the airport; which is not always what we experience. So; Thank You Daniele for another great time in Toscana, we will be back!!!

We rented a 125 maxi scooter in July 2012 - we picked it up at Pisa airport when we landed, stuck our luggage under the seat and scooted off around Tuscany.
Daniele was really helpful, and brought along an English translator to our airport pick up.

The scooter was flawless, and was by far the best way to see the country - whether nipping from village to village in the mountains or negotiating the traffic of Florence. No congestion charges, free parking and cheap fuel.

On our last day, Daniele gave us a variety of options for dropping the scooter off, in the end we just parked it up at the airport, popped the keys in the boot and got on our plane home, sorry to say goodbye to it!

We would recommend ecorent to anyone that wants to see Italy the Italian way.

Our bike tour through Tuscany with Daniele and Eco Rent was completely incredible. My fiance and I did a 7 day tour starting in Calci and made our way through Volterra, Pomerance, Cassiana Terme, and so many other villages and towns. The villages were my favorite- so many medieval castles and churches to explore. My fiance loved the open country roads with hay stacks, sunflower farms, and rolling vineyards for miles. The tour was absolutely incredible. Each morning we would wake up and follow our map and there was an accompanying guide book that let us know what adventures we could have that day - what to see and get excited for. I would recommend not going in July as it was about 88 degrees F every day and was a bit too hot for me. Luckily Daniele came to my rescue twice and picked me up in the van when I just couldn't bike any more.

I would 100% recommend this tour and company for a completely amazing and memorable adventure!

Two Scandinavian women´s cycling dreams came true in Pisa, Tuscany. Ecorent´s site was the first one on the list when searching for road bike rentals. We found the site very easy to use and immediately got reply. We want to give a special thanks to Daniele of his great service. His contribution was a remarkable factor in our cycling holiday. We did self guided tours around the Tuscany with the great help on Daniele´s route planning. I can truly recommend this company to every one and we will be back for sure. There is still so more roads to cycle in Tuscany!

Thanks to Daniele's excellent service, we landed at Pisa airport may 13 2011 at 12:00 and less then one hr later we took off on our Vespa's for a 4 day discovery of Tuscany. The vespa proved to be an excellent way to enjoy the landscapes and nature while still having sufficient 'range'.
We will do this again (plenty of other sites to explore)
