We had a wonderfull trip with 7 ladies on a racing bike in Tuscany. Your rental service was excellent. Thank you for the clear communication. The bycicles were perfect. You gave fine service with adjusting the bikes untill they fitted well and coming to our place when one of bikes was out of order.
I can recommend ECO RENT to all future racing cyclist in Tuscany.

It was our first time in Tuscany and first time renting road-bikes this summer, and everything went fine! We had a good communication with Daniele before and under our stay, and the bikes were delivered and picked up in our small village, Montemagno - just as planned.
We didn't have any kind of troubles, and had some really nice bike-tours (though it was a bit hot ..35C..!)
We can highly recomend Ecorent and cycling in Italy!

It was a really good service, they pick me up in the airport and took me to my hostel. I rented a roadbike to ride part of one stage of Giro D´Italia 2015 in it was amazing.

Eco-rent was recommended to me by another bike rental firm which had no bikes available at that time (April 2015).
My experience with Eco-rent was perfect! First of all, the staff asked for measurements of our own bikes thanks to which when I sat on a bike from Eco-rent it really felt like my own. Bikes were delivered on time, to the exact spot on a very good price (compared with three other rental places I checked).
Bikes themselves were of excellent quality - as mentioned, they were fitted to our own measurements. The equipment was in mint quality, all perfectly prepared, we received spare tubes and even got eco-rent bottles as a souvenir :-)
We took Giant full-carbon bikes and it was certainly a great deal.

I definitely recommend both tuscany region for a bike (essentially mountains north from Lucca) as well as eco-rent.

Tuscan bike rental

Check out www.ecorent.net for a nice selection of well maintained bikes and excellent setup. I rented a bike for a week (last week) to do a supported Tuscan bike tour and the bike fit like a glove. Danielle takes your current bike measurements in advance and sets up your rental to be the same. He then delivers the bike to your hotel or any other location, fine tunes the adjustments, and mounts your pedals if you like. The bike came with 2 bottle cages and a computer. This option was less expensive than shipping my bike and more convenient than seeking out a bike shop and having a bike fitted at the time of pick up. He seems to favor Giant bikes and has a large assortment of sizes and models. I had a ton of fun riding in Tuscany and look forward to doing it again. Ecorent.net made it super convienient and less expensive.

Rented a carbon road bike for a training ride from Pisa to Lucca and back - the initial fitting done online was perfect and the bike was maintained and tuned far above most rental fleet standards. I was really impressed with Ecorent's whole operation from my initial inquiry to the end of my ride, great expertise and communication. Getting to focus on the ride and not having to worry about the bike is a real luxury and I'll definitely be using them again when I return! And, as a reference for those of you who want to attack the Alpe Apuante on the route from Pieve di Compito to Calci or Buti: though even the locals at the start of the road debate it, the Via del Cantiere (SP56) IS paved the whole way while the road to the east through Ruota turns to dirt. But heads up - the SP56 is a Giro d'Italia worthy climb, and will make you thank Ecorent for using compact cranks, but is so rewarding once you've conquered it!!
