My husband found out about ECO-RENT through trip advisor. Our rental experience was wonderful! We had 11 members of my entire family - people of all ages and experience levels with bike riding and everyone had a fantastic time! The guide was great, the picnic lunch was lovely and they were so accommodating. We even brought my niece, who was just 1 year old, and they let one of my family members ride in the van with her so she could come along. It was a great day for everyone!
Our pre-rental assistance was very helpful. They told us what we needed to bring and wear and coordinated our route for us based on what we wanted.
The bikes (We thought the bikes were great, comfortable and easy to ride) were delivered on time with the guide ready to help get everyone set up. The bike fitting was great, especially considering the fact that we had 10 different family members on bikes and we are all different ages and sizes, but still they had a bike to fit everyone.

I rented a bike from Pisa airport the week b4 last. Everything was fine - the guy turned up pretty much on time both ends, fitted the pedals etc quickly, plus gave me a lift to get away from the airport. The bike was good, seemed well-maintained. My only suggestion is that some directions on how to get to and from airports would be great.. I understand that you're renting a bike not providing a tour guiding service. But I found that once out in Tuscany I was able to find my way around very easily but getting to the airport whilst staying of the motorway was ticky.

We had a fantastic guided tour around Casciana Terme and environs from Danielle and his crew. The route was just what we were looking for, our guide knowledgeable and friendly and the experience great! Good equipment and plenty of hills! We would strongly recommend his Ecorent to anyone coming to Tuscany.

Wow. Service from Daniele was outstanding. We rented 5 road bikes and a very nice (brand new) Boxer 9 passenger van from Eco Rent in May, 2009. AS the person responsible for organizing a group of people at a rented villa in Tuscany renting road bikes for one week, and I could NOT have had better help organizing, choosing bikes, setting up fit, gear ratios, etc, as we had a variety of abilities within the group.

Daniele was a tremendous asset in the planning before we left the US, and he delivered the bikes to our villa before we arrived, helped make final fit adjustments, he even met us at the airport, and navigated us and the rental van to the villa from the Pisa airport. Pick up of the bike and van were prompt and professional.

The quality of the bikes was very high. As a competitive triathlete, I LOVED riding the Giant Carbon Fiber road bike up and down the gorgeous Tuscan countryside.

We rented 4 Giant hybrid bikes with Ecorent, which was easily found by Google. The website looks good and gives a good impression of the material Ecorent offers.

When we picked up the bikes, they were well maintained, the sizes according to our requests and the equipment delivered with the bikes was complete.

The responses to our pre-rental e-mails were promptly answered by Daniele and everything agreed upon was carried out in a correct way.

We picked up the bikes at the workshop of Ecorent and were able to have the bikes fit exactly to our requirements.

All in all we would like to compliment Ecorent with the great material, the high level of service and the easy way to get everything arranged. We would recommend everybody who wants to bike in Tuscany to rent his bike with Ecorent.

The scooter was very well maintained (brakes, pneumatic tyre,…) size and comfort were perfect for two persons, as well on road as in cities, the storage compartment is really big and enough to put the 2 helmets and more… Pefect to ride across the country side and cities in Toscana ( Pisa, Firenze, Chianti area and Siena during one week)

Rented a Vespa for 1 day in early May. Was a fantastic day out to see the sourounding countryside of Tuscany! Drove by the sea, through small widing hill roads and drank coffee in small cafes with just the locals. Ecorent were superb from start to finish. I emailed (more than once) to ask about the Vespa and their reply was quick and to the point. Delivery was as promised and the Vespa was gorgeous! As for price there is no better deal within the Pisa area to be found.
